Birth doula

  • 6 hours worth of prenatal visits, broken up as needed, in your home where we can make a birth plan, talk through fears, establish how you most need support and chat through tools you may like to use as well as an educational run down of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum

  • Access to books pertaining to pregnancy, nutrition, birth, postpartum and lactation

  • On call for birth from 37 weeks on + call/text/email support

  • Tools from my doula bag

  • one 2 hour postpartum visit to debrief and help with establishing breastfeeding if needed

    $1,000 for Bozeman to Three Forks

    $1,200 for Livingston

Postpartum doula

  • Support during the first three months (a.k.a. the fourth trimester)

  • 2 hour min, 6 hour max

  • Help with baby; and extra set of hands so that mom and other family members can get in needed rest and care

  • Help with establishing and maintaining breastfeeding and/or combo feeding

  • Support with postpartum; help creating and/or maintaining routines and troubleshooting non medical challenges

  • Recommendations for any challenges that you are facing

    $30/hour (areas of service include Bozeman, Belgrade and Manhattan)
