About me

My mission is motherhood. Growing up one of the only things I aspired to be was a mother- I had this big hope that one day I would have a little one to nurture and love. I now have not one, but four children to love and care for. My goal is to help other women on their entrance and journey through motherhood. To help equip mothers with the knowledge and confidence to birth in the way that best aligns with them- so that we can change many generations to come!

Hi, I’m Aspen! I was born and Raised in Livingston Montana where I met my husband. we married following high school and now reside over the hill in Gallatin county. We have four beautiful children that we homeschool and take on all the adventures.

I have had four verydifferent birth experiences. Hospital, birth center, and home- all which came with their own unique benefits and challenges!

After experiencing medical neglect during a loss, trauma during and after labor and just seeing a lot of gaps in overall maternity care I felt it had been laid on my heart to become more educated on physiological birth and what is actually normal vs. what is common. And now I can’t stop sharing what I know! I can’t wait to work along side you and help to build a birth experience with a strong foundation!

My Approach

Pregnancy and birth can be an overwhelming time in a woman’s life because of all the opinions on how to exist when pregnant! I believe that having support and resources can help. My goal is to help pregnant women and their families make choices from a fully informed point of view- creating confidence in those choices!
